Peeling sweet potatoes can be a hassle due to their uneven surface. I used to peel 10-20 a week for my dog's food and was getting carpal tunnel syndrome from my old peeler. So, I took a chance on this new one. The blade's shape really contributes to its efficiency. It works incredibly well and gets used almost daily. I highly recommend it.

This is an excellent peeler, sharp and suitable for both right and left-handed use. My husband, who is left-handed, and I, who am right-handed, can both use it, eliminating the need for two separate peelers. It does an excellent job and I would buy it again.
