I swiftly purchased this press as I prefer making my own dumpling wrappers rather than buying pre-formed ones. While I own a tortilla press, it's too large for this purpose, and maintaining a circular shape is essential. After some experimentation, I found that aiming for 12-14 grams per wrapper yields ideal results. One of the highlights of using this press is its ability to create gluten-free wrappers using rice flour, opening up new culinary possibilities. Though I can fold dumplings by hand, this press ensures consistency, allowing me to produce 50-60 dumplings in just 30 minutes.
